Narrative

EE was splitting a block of stone when a small fragment of stone hit his left eye. EE stated his safety glasses slid down on his nose exposing his eyes. EE was treated for a corneal abrasion and received a prescription medication for pain. EE was released to return to full duty 11-4-04.
