EMPLOYEE WAS SPLITTING A BLOCK OF STONE WHEN A SMALL STONE FRAGMENT HIT HIS LEFT EYE. EE STATED HIS SAFETY GLASSES HAD SLID DOWN ON HIS NOSE EXPOSING HIS EYES. EE WAS TREATED WITH A PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION & RELEASED TO FULL DUTY ON MONDAY, 10/18/04.
