A roof fall occurred on the 3C panel of the 2L4W section. The fall was located in entry #7 between cross-cut 10 and 11 inby spad #23034. The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale commonly referred to as stack rock. The fall was located outby #7 entry of an intake set of rooms.
