Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A BUNDLE OF RESIN FROM THE BACK OF THE ROOF BOLTER TO THE FRONT, WHEN HE PICKED UP THE BUNDLE HE TURNED TO MOVE TO THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE AND HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
