## Narrative

EE crawled out from under drill, felt slight pain just below the knee, noticed a small abrasion. Finished his shift, was scheduled off on 11/17/04.  Returned on 11/18/04, worked a full shift but the leg was swollen. Saw company physician on 11/19/04, diagnosis: cellulitis infection. Issued antibiotic and ordered to stay off of it. He returned on 11/23/04.
