Employee was supervising a belt move. Workers were placing top belt cradles onto a fork scoop, putting one row down then another upside down so that each would interlock with the last row. When finished, the victim grabbed one cradle to make sure it was secure prior to transport. It moved & caught his finger between cradles, lacerating and fracturing his left ring finger.
