Narrative

Employee was unbolting a vertical drill mast support leg from its anchor point. The employee placed his left hand at the anchor point and with his right hand shook the support leg. The support leg released, catching employee's left index finger between the support leg and the anchorage point. This resulted in a laceration that required sutures to repair.
