A roof fall occured in #5 entry of the 2nd M.N.E at survey station 4 and 20. The fall measured 40' long 20' wide and 10' thick. The area had been supported with 9' double locks and 6' fully grouted resin bolts. All approaches have been timbered or long bolted.
