## Narrative

Individual had knelt down to work on a pump power plug at the 6#1 belt load center. As he twisted his body to stand up, he felt pain in his lower back and was unable to straighten up.  He walked a short distance - still unable to stand straight. Fellow workmen brought him out of the mine.
