## Narrative

Employee bumped elbow stacking bags.  He did not go to a doctor as he thought the soreness would go away.  He went to the doctor to be checked on 11/23/04. We were not certain that that the elbow problem was due to what had happened in July,  however we have no substantiation otherwise. Therefore we are treating it as a workman's comp. case.
