The employee was walking along trim pattern, when she turned her left ankle and heard a pop. She was taken to ER for evaluation and treatment and released to full duty. Her ankle did not improve and she sought further treatment on 12/03/04 and was placed on light duty with a diagnosisof a partial tear or strain of ligament.
