## Narrative

He proceeded through the intersection, battery end first, turning left. When his trailer tire came to the corner he noticed it was going to rub the rib but continued to slide the tire around the corner which popped some of the rock off and shot it towards his operator's cab striking him in the forehead. Cut above his eyes required some stitches. Use protect safety glasses.
