Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millennium Portal, at the 4N Longwall Headgate Entry #2 at 2352 North, Crosscut #33. The fall was approximately 50' long, 30' wide and 8' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will not be cleaned up.
