Narrative

Employee was poking lumps of cement in a storage silo. The EE was poking through a small (6-8"" diameter) hole when a lump broke loose & some material slushed out of the hole. Some cement blew underneath his safety glasses & got into his left eye. The Dr. flushed the cement out of his eye & gave him a prescription for eyedrops.
