## Narrative

Employee and a co-worker were tramming scoop tractors out the main intake of the mine in close proximity to the drift mouth. The scoop tractors became stuck in soft bottom. The weather that day was extremely cold temperatures. The worker spent too much time in the cold and did not have on insulated footwear.
