## Narrative

Employee was accessing front end loader and reported a ""pop"" in his knee.  Employee was sent to doctor and returned to work the same day withouth restriction.  Employee's knee did not seem to heal and in December an MRI was conducted identifying a minor tear requiring surgery to repair.
