## Narrative

EE was the miner operator and his miner broke down. So he was sent to operate return miner.  Other ee told injured to run the miner and he would operate roof bolter. Other ee took off remote control box, noticed he still had communication radio. He tossed radio to injured and struck him in upper lip resulting in a laceration that required 4 stitches.
