## Narrative

Employee was assisting a coworker installing an inspection door on a cooler fan.  Coworker was using a cutting torch to cut out door opening.  Injured ee was holding the steel housing and the employee repositioned his hold and came in contact with the flame of the torch.  The back of his gloved right hand caught on fire cauing a burn on the top of his hand.
