Narrative

A roof fall occured in entry #3 of the south mains between survey stations 24 & 80 and 26 & 20. the fall measure 125 L x 18' W x 6' thicl. this area had been bolted with 5' fully grouted resin bolts. all approaches to this area will be timbered.
