## Narrative

Internal audit found need to report.  EE 1 and EE2 were cleaning HPC-3 tail pulley with vactor truck EE's removed guard from converyor west side.  While positioning hose EE1 put hand on top rail at which time pan converyor rolled over his hand and fingers.
