Narrative

Using a water hose to clean debris from under slope belt. Belt was running. A mucker pump inby was running. He was lying down and spraying water when a piece of rock 3 inches x 3 inches came off mucker & struck him on the right side of his upper lip. The laceration required five sutures. No time was lost as a result of this injury.
