Narrative

Carrying a small electric pump from moveable spar barge to stationary spar barge, electric cable plug caught on obstruction and he pulled on cable. The plug struck him in the left eye. Injured sustained massive intraoccular trauma to the left eye and laceration of the left eye lid.
