EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING CARRY A 4 INCH WATER HOSE WITH CO-WORKER WHEN HIS FOOT BECAME LODGED IN THE MUD AND HIS WEIGHT FELL FOREWARD CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS KNEE.
