Narrative

EE was pulling miner cable when he felt a pain in his groin. He told the miner operator and worked his full shift. He worked the next day and was in a little more pain at the end of his shift. He told his supervisor on this day. The next morning he was in a lot more pain and decided to get it checked. He was diagnosed with a hernia and referred to a surgeon.
