EE is a welder and was changing spreader bar on the Marion 8200 dragline. Temp. extremely cold (-30F) & after the shift EE's toes were tingling. Toes were still numb on 01/17/05 when EE returned to work and reported the incident. No first aid or medical attention was sought. No time has been lost as a result of this incident.
