Narrative

Employee claims he felt discomfort and heard his shoulder ""pop"" while using a poker in the moly roaster. Employee's first visit to the doctor was on January 7, 2005. Employee claims he continues to feel discomfort, returned to doctor on January 17. Has been referred to specialist by for further examination. An MRI has been scheduled for January 25, 2005.
