EE STATED THAT AS EE WAS INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM ROOF AND STRUCK EE ON THE LEFT WRIST. EE WENT TO THE DOCTOR THAT AFTERNOON AND HAS A FRACTURED WRIST.
