An unintentional roof fall occurred at the galatia north portal at the 13th west headgate, #3 entry 6290'. the fall was approx. 20' long , approx. 18' wide and approximately 17' thick. the fall did not affect ventilation or passage of workers. the fall will be cleaned up.
