Narrative

Employee was trying to get cloth back into guide roller on 2-B filter. While fighting the cloth, his goggles fogged up. Employee removed the goggles from his eyes, raising them to his forehead. Liquor splashed into his left eye. Employee went to eye wash station and started flushing his eye. Employee was taken to St. James Hospital where he was treated and released.
