Narrative

Employee was in process of removing bolts and hardware from a 992d loader cab area with a 1/2"" air gun. Air gun was left on cab floor area, while employee exiting cab area to ground by means of a portable ladder caught air gun hose and pulled air gun down against right jaw and face area.
