Narrative

EE was standing on the lower level bumper area on the front of the Cat 777 End Dump and had placed his lunch bucket on the top platform and apparently blacked out and fell approx. 4 feet to the ground. This ""accident"" is under investigation as to possible medical conditions of ongoing concern. EE could have been on the ground and fell over.
