Narrative

WHILE USING A 4-LB. HAMMER TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE ANGLE IRON ON A 70-FT. PORTABLE CONVEYOR, EE MISSED THE ANGLE AND STRUCK HIS LEFT THUMB. 5 STITCHES WERE REQUIRED TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
