At end of 3rd shift, crew parked their mantrip by the garbage bin & were cleaning off mantrip. Standard 3rd shift procedure. Scoop operator followed crew out-stopped-unloaded his pallets & was in the process of pulling up to straighten out & back the duster into the charger, when he was almost straight the scoop started sliding & slipped into the MAC 8 that was unloading garbage.
