EE WAS GETTING OFF 3-WHEELER AT CHARGER. HE CAUGHT HIS FOOT ON CHARGER LEADS AND FELL, TWISTING HIS LEFT KNEE. EE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 1/13/05 DUE TO A STRAINED LEFT KNEE.
