Narrative

EE was fueling 3035 truck and went to disconnect fuel. the fuel wiggings on tank stuck open and fuel sprayed onto chest and splashed into eyes. we are reporting this because ee was seen in follow up at er and received a single dose of eye drops prior to exam.
