EE IS AN EMPLOYEE OF AAA MINE SERVICE. IT WAS REPORTED EE WAS USING A TORCH TO CUT METAL AND THE TORCH KEPT GOING OUT. EE BELIEVES GAS ESCAPED INTO GLOVE AND IGNITED BURNING LEFT HAND.
