A roof fall occurred in entry #1 of the 2nd main northeast at survey station 22+60 to 22+80. The fall measured 80' long x 18.5' wide x 10' thick. This area had been supported with 6' fully grouted resin bolts and 9' double locks. All approaches to this area have been timbered off.
