## Narrative

Injured and co workers were dropping 12470 HV calb e while moving a longwall load center. the cable unexpectedly came down when the hooks failed striking him on the pit cap. his glasses were driven on to the bridge of his nose. this cut the bridge of his nose and the laceration required four sutures. no time was lost.
