Hoist went down at 4:05 p.m. Hoistman had electrician technician check it and found wires that needed terminated. Hoistman called MSHA at 4:35 p.m. Let them know hoist was out of service. Repairs were made and hoist returned to service and MSHA notified of that fact 5:30 p.m. same day.
