Narrative

Walking through a 4 x 5 door which was wedged on the mine bottom, high pressure caused the door to shut and catch his left hand between the frame and the door. This resulted in a fracture to his small and middle fingers of the left hand. He began missing time his next scheduled shift on 2/11/05.
