## Narrative

While disconnecting the air hose from the 1"" Air Impact Wrench,EE shut off the air and pulled the trigger to bleed the air off.  A welding rod had been inserted through the socket to hold it on the wrench.  He pulled the trigger, the impact wrench started and the welding rod caught his left pant leg and cut his left leg
