EMPLOYEE WAS 1 BRK INBY THE FEEDER. HE GOT OUT OF HIS CAR TO HELP HANG A MINER CABLE. HE SLIPPED ON A ROCK AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE. HE WENT TO THE ER, WAS EXAMINED, AND GIVEN A RTW RELEASE. EE CONTINUED TO WORK, PAIN IN HIS KNEE INCREASED AND HE SAW THE DR IN LEXINGTON. HE HAD SURGERY ON 2-14-05 FOR A MENISCUS TEAR, AND RECOVERY TIME IS EXPECTED TO BE ABOUT 2 MONTHS.
