Narrative

The ee was helping to replace a broken track pad ont the master link of a D10 dozer when the tail section of track fell from the rear idler, striking the ee on top of his right foot. The weight of track striking the ee's foot resulted in a fracture injury to the metatarsal area of the right foot.
