EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS WHEN A PIECE OF METAL CAME OFF THE PLATE ON PIZZA PAN & STRUCK HIM IN HIS LEFT EYE. THE METAL WENT OVER TOP OF SAFETY GLASSES.
