No injury, accident, illness or equipment damage occurred. A grass fire which started outside the permit burned into vegetation on reclaimed ground. It is not anticipated that any additional reclamation work will be required as new growth was not destroyed. No effort was made to extinguish the fire due to its widespread but low intensity nature. It burned out in roughly 12 hrs
