## Narrative

Employee was grinding a plate for the vibrator in the preparation plant, something flew into his eye. It hurt a little at the time, but the pain went away, so he didn't report an injury. The pain returned a week later, he then reported the injury and went to the doctor. The doctor removed a particle from his right eye.
