The employee feels the injury may have occurred as he was installing wear plates overhead in a chute. On 2/22 he reported the shoulder pain but believed it was from a recurring case of bursitis. The employee continued working until 2/25 when he saw a physician and was diagnosed with a muscle/tendon strain injury.
