## Narrative

Employee was exiting log skidder when striker for torches caught in handrail. Striker was attached and hanging on his coveralls. When stepping down, striker got caught/hung up over pin on handrail. As employee was stuck hanging he let go of rail with his left hand to free himself at the same time the striker released and he fell approx. 2 1/2' landing on right hip/side.
