Narrative

EE was attempting to get into his Bobcat leading with his left foot when his foot slipped and he fell to the left against the bucket of the Bobcat, injuring his upper left thigh. He was let go 2/23/05 due to attendance issues. The doctor still has him on light duty release. His scheduled days off would have been 2/26 & 2/27. Post accident D&A was negative.
