Employee started to load top holes in a sill round and had positioned his John Deere tractor at the face. Employee stepped on the fender (2' 10"") to push a primer into the hole. When he stepped down from the fender, his leg got caught between the face and the bumper which caused a fracture to his lower leg. First shift missed 3/2.
